What is the delivery time estimated ?
Depend the quantity and what kinds of edging processing. For the normal and regular items, it just take about 10-15days for producing after we receive the deposit.
How to shipping the cargo from our country to your city?
we have very good and strong shipping partner , they will help us to delivery the cargo to seaport or inland port or to your warehouse or jobsite ( Door to Door)
Can I get the samples ?
The stone samples are free for most products.And we only charge for the courier cost of the samples.we can use the DHL, UPS , TNT ,Fedex Expedited, or Others.If you have the express account , we also can use your express. We charge the cost according exact cost from express company. And payment can be made by western union or wire transfer (T.T). we will return this courier cost after you order above two containers.
May I check the quality before shipping ?
Yes,You are welcome to check the quality. You can come by yourself or by SGS or your friend in China to check the quality. And after finish that we ship the goods.
Is it possible to keep the goods same as the samples ?
No,stone is a natural material with natural variations in color ,granularity ,pattern , tone, etc especially for the marble , natural quartzite, slate, etc. The color tolerance and pattern are allowed. But we will choose the slabs which are similar to the samples and try to match the samples in our best and for the projects we will do the layout and mark the NO. in advance so you can easy to install and save time and money in the jobsite
